The Venus Breath is a donation-based, 6-month journey that flows alongside the Venus Retreat of the Sage Golden Path.

Held in a small, intimate circle, it supports the embodiment of the Venus path through shared reflection and guided breath practices — allowing insights to be felt, integrated, and lived in the body.

Guided by Alex, Gene Keys Guide and Pranayama Instructor, this space supports the recognition of your patterns and their integration through breath and embodied awareness.

Please note: The Venus Breath adjunct circles have come to completion. The Venus Breath is now offered as a private six-session journey, following the same progression through the six Spheres of the Venus Sequence and the accompanying pranayama practices, with the pace shaped around your own process.

The Journey

We meet across six private online sessions, creating a dedicated space for reflection, emotional integration, and deepening awareness.

Each session combines Gene Keys contemplation with a guided pranayama practice, exploring one Sphere of the Venus Sequence at a time. As the journey unfolds, the breath practice evolves alongside the Sphere being explored, supporting its themes through direct embodied experience.

Between sessions, you'll be invited into a simple rhythm of practice using the pranayama introduced during our time together. Each practice is accompanied by a guided video, allowing the breath to become part of your daily life and supporting the integration of each Sphere between our conversations.

The rhythm of the journey is flexible. Some people choose to meet every two weeks, while others prefer to allow more time between sessions. Together, we'll find a pace that best supports your process.

Contribution

The Venus Breath continues to be offered on a donation basis.

Rather than setting a fixed price, I invite you to make a contribution after each session that reflects the value of what you've received and what feels genuinely sustainable for you.

By beginning the journey, we both commit to the full six-session container. The contribution remains open, allowing the exchange to be guided by honesty, reciprocity, and trust rather than a predetermined fee.

No experience is required. All breath practices are introduced gently and adapted to your body and nervous system. You will be guided step by step, with space to move at your own pace. This is not about performance or intensity, but about developing a deeper connection with your breath and inner state.

We begin by opening a grounded and present space, followed by a sharing process where you can explore your current experience, insights, or challenges within the Venus Sequence and relationships. From there, we move into a guided breath practice designed to support integration at the level of the body and nervous system.
