The Venus Breath is a donation-based, 6-month journey that flows alongside the Venus Retreat of the Sage Golden Path.

Held in a small, intimate circle, it supports the embodiment of the Venus path through shared reflection and guided breath practices — allowing insights to be felt, integrated, and lived in the body.

Guided by Alex, Gene Keys Guide and Pranayama Instructor, this space supports the recognition of your patterns and their integration through breath and embodied awareness.

The Circle

We meet twice per month online, in a small group of 3 participants and a guide — creating a consistent space for reflection, emotional integration, and deepening awareness.

Each session moves through Gene Keys sharing and a guided pranayama practice. Every month, the breath practice shifts to align with the sphere being explored. Between sessions, participants are invited to maintain a simple daily breathing practice — a short morning or evening rhythm using the pranayama introduced that month.

A maximum of 2 groups are offered per journey — each beginning at the start of the Venus Retreat, moving through the 6 months together. Each circle also has a private group space for light connection between sessions — simple, optional, and without pressure.

To participate you have to join the Venus Retreat.

The Magnetic Field
  • Gene Keys Sharing: Exploring patterns of attraction, emotional triggers, and recurring relational dynamics as they arise in experience.
  • Main Pranayama Practice: A dynamic, activating breathing practice designed to stimulate and cleanse the emotional center (Solar Plexus), releasing stagnant energy and increasing emotional awareness. (Video access provided)

  • Main Pranayama Practice: An integrative breathing practice combining elements from previous months, supporting the alignment of awareness, breath and contemplation.

These sessions offer a focused space to explore your personal process — working directly with your Gene Keys profile, emotional patterns, and breath.

Sessions can be taken at any point during the 6-month journey.
